Stack Jack is a card game. This policy explains what the app collects, why it collects it, and what you can do about it. There is no advertising in the app, and no data is sold or shared with data brokers.

| Display name | The name you choose is shown to other players in a game and on the leaderboard. It is optional, you pick it yourself, and it does not have to be your real name. |
| Device identifier | A random identifier is generated on first launch and stored as a one-way hash on our server. It keeps your leaderboard entry attached to your device and lets us count how many distinct people use the app. It is not your device's advertising identifier, and it is not linked to your Apple Account. |
| Gameplay content | Scores, rounds played, and unlocked card backs, so the leaderboard and your progress work. |
| Product interaction | Which screens and features get used — a tutorial step finished, a leaderboard opened, an invitation shared. We use it to see which parts of the game work and which need fixing. |
| Performance data | How long actions take and whether errors occurred, so we can find slowness and crashes. |
No contact details beyond a display name, no location, no contacts, no photos, no health data, no payment information, and no advertising identifiers. The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and it does not use the App Tracking Transparency framework because it has nothing to ask for.
Your display name and score are visible to other players and on the public leaderboard. Everything else stays with our hosting and database providers, who process it only to run the service on our behalf. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.
Leaderboard entries are kept while the app is in service. Analytics events are kept in aggregate and are not used to build a profile of you.
Stack Jack is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
You can change or clear your display name in the app at any time. To have your leaderboard entry and analytics history deleted, email stackjackapp@gmail.com from the address you contact us with and we will remove it.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
