Common questions

How do I play with a friend?

Create a room and share the code or the invitation link. Your friend enters the code on their device, or taps the link to open the room directly in the app.

Why did my name change to "Player"?

Names shown to other players are filtered. If a name is refused, the app falls back to a default one. Pick a different name in the leaderboard screen.

How do I change my leaderboard name?

Open the leaderboard and edit the name at the top. It updates everywhere your past rounds appear.

My scores are missing or the game will not connect.

Rounds are saved on our server, so a lost connection can hold them up. Check your network, reopen the app, and give it a moment to sync. If scores are still missing the next day, email us and we will look them up.

How do I delete my data?

Email stackjackapp@gmail.com and ask. We will remove your leaderboard entry and analytics history. See the privacy policy for what is stored and why.

Does the game cost anything?

No. Stack Jack is free, has no advertising, and has nothing to buy inside it.
